Carrignafoy Community College provides a full mainstream Leaving Certificate programme including the following subjects:

English, Irish, Maths (all students except those exempt from Irish)

Four option subjects from the following list: Business, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Home Economics (Social and Scientific), Art, Design & Communication Graphics (DCG), Construction Studies, Engineering, French, German, History, Geography, Accounting,  PE 

Non-examination subjects include SPHE, PE and career guidance, among others.

LCVP is also available as an additional option to all students following the Leaving Certificate programme.

Leaving Certificate Applied: The LCA programme is available at Carrignafoy Community College and caters for a small cohort of students whose needs are not met by the mainstream/traditional Leaving Certificate programme. You can find out more about LCA here.
